Exploring the nature of God with looking at the timing of religious revelation, who it was revealed to, and the content of the revelations.
We will explore the consequences of assuming the following:
  • There is a God
  • God does reveal Himself to the world

The survey questions in the right-nav are to help characterize your concept of religion.

  1. When have God's revelations occurred?
  2. Who have the revelations occurred to?
  3. What is the content of the revelations?

Each of the Abrahamic religions (including Christianityexternal link, Judaismexternal link, and Islamexternal link) emphasize the first answer for each question in the survey. These choices have profound ramifications as will be examined throughout this website.

For instance, the whole concept of an infallible holy-book is based on the premise that God has directly revealed Himself to certain select prophets in the distant past. The books are considered holy because they were written near the time that the revelations occurred and are thus considered to be more accurate (or completely accurate) chronicles of the revelations than books written later on.

A religion based solely on the second answer to each of these questions would look very different. And we would argue that it would be better in many important ways.

This website is a work-in-progress. All these points will be elaborated on over the next few months.
